Every two years a Nominating Committee is formed to develop a slate of nominees for the national officers of the Executive Board of the National Lutheran Association on Scouting: President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and two Members at Large. The officers are elected by the voting membership (dues-paid and honorary members) of NLAS and are installed at the annual meeting in even numbered years. Terms are for two years with the exception of President-Elect who succeeds to the office of President after two years.
